Family - This is the 5th year Dad left us. I hope he is doing very well in somewhere where he will be looking at all of us at all times. I hope life still goes smoothly and health is with everyone in the coming year. Hopefully brothers and sister are doing well in their career and so do I. Also, most important is mummy 健健康康！

Love - Yea I have my Love one with me all the time to support me and share my happiness, sadness, ups and downs. I cherished every single moment with him and I want us to stay sweet in the coming future =)

Career - Have been in Audit field for 1 year and 5 months. Was in dilemma whether to stay in this line or to switch to another field. Yes, workloads are heavy but I enjoyed the process at the same time. Audit was interesting to me, but at the same time it is tiring and stressful. Well, I still want to do audit currently and it is still my interest at this moment. I do not know the time when I will get tired with this and lost interest in this industry. =p

Study - Yea I'm still pursuing my study while I'm working. Amazingly I passed 3 papers in my CPA exam in this year! Never think of it went so smoothly =) Thanks Rene for encouraging me taking the first paper in May and it made me to continue the 2nd and 3rd paper in October. If there was no encouragement from her to take the first paper at that time, I think now I may not in this industry anymore and I would delay my enrollment in this professional qualification. Yes I made it!


Life is still going on and basically my goal is still there and I'm on the right track!

Today's lesson

I'm current having my holiday for 1 month! Yes, it's ONE month! :p
Taking my CPA exams end of this months, 2 papers.
Hopefully I can pass the 2 papers this time!

As I go through the first module of Professional Ethics, there are 2 statements which caught my attention:

1. "As Generation X and Y seek more personal and professional flexibility, they will be less willing to buy into a firm."
2. "If you can't replaced them, you can't lose them. So managing conflicts, managing people, sharing the success financially with your team - is important."

Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.
